Account and personal-data deletion

You can request deletion of your RentZilla account without installing the app or signing in to this website.

Request deletion by email

1. Email privacy@rentzilla.in with the subject RentZilla account deletion request.
2. Include the email address or phone number registered to your account. Where possible, send the request from your registered email address.
3. The privacy team may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

This button opens a draft in your email app. You must send the email to submit your request. If no email app opens, copy the address above and send the request using your usual email service.

Never send your password, payment details, or sign-in verification codes.

Delete from the app

1. Open RentZilla and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings → Delete Account.
3. Review the warning and follow the confirmation steps.

What happens to your data?

As described in our Privacy Policy, account deletion removes your profile, listings, and associated personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Financial records, such as transaction and invoice records, may be retained where legally required. The retention period depends on the applicable legal requirement. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
